great car with a minor problem

about a month ago was driving my new hundai tuscon to NH, when i drove about 130 miles a message came on the screen that said that said "take break and have a cup of coffee", about 3min later same message came on,i just ignored messages,it made no sense to pay any attention to them. About,again, 3 min later my suv STOPPED accelerating, thank G-D i was in the right lane so i could pull over,i was going about 65 mph, had i been in the middle lane there would have been a serious accident. After looking over my manual for about 20min i found the imfo about this. It was called DAL driver alert warning. I was not told anything about this wen i picked up the new suv. I complained to the dealer and he agreed i shouldhave been told about this IMPORTANT "feature" I was able to "deactivate" this FEATURE so it never happens again. - 5.0
Great Vehicle

This is a great vehicle. I did lots of research before buying. I am very happy. The only thing I would change is take out the panel at the left of the shifter, to the right of the drivers knee. It serves no purpose other than to reduce the amount of leg room the driver has. Other that that, its the perfect vehicle. - 2.0

Unfortunately I am one of the consumers who got a transmission that is not reliable. The first year it would go out of gear when accelerating.Of course the dealer could never duplicate the problem. Now It doesnt down shift when stopping at lights. Sounds like I am driving a clutch car and grinding the gears. I am so sad because over all I love this car but gives me great anxiety when this happens. Taking it in tomorrow again.
